3. Course contents *

The course consists of two parts . The first part focuses on commercial and economic law basics, i.e. the connecting factors of commercial and economic law, the legal status of businessmen, the rules for commercial intermediaries (commercial agency, distribution contracts), insolvency law, the bill of exchange, check, etc …    
The second part of the course concerns market law or competition law broadly taken so as to include intellectual property (trademarks, patents, models), anti-trust law, free movement and Trade practices law.
