3. Course contents *

Part 1: general introduction (situation and characteristics)

 

Part 2: basic concepts:

- theory of a person (incl. theory of estate)

- subjective rights and their characteristics

- legal act (definition, types, requirements, representation, form, effects viz-a-viz third parties, law of evidence)

 Part 3: patrimonial rights: contract law and law of obligations (sources, principles of liability law, specific contracts...) & property law (real rights, division of goods, securities)

Part 4: theory of abuse of law and remedies in private law

Part 5: extinction and transfer of subjective rights
