The course content consists of three parts, which each contains several sub-parts, or chapters:
Part I: General positioning part of the content. Chapter 1 describes the concept "organisation", chapter 2 "management". In Chapter 2 the discipline of management is also adressed. Chapter 3 discusses the most important management approaches.
Part II: The management cycle. This Cycle contains four funtions: planning, organisation, directing, examining. Each of this functions is discussed in a separate chapter.
Part III: Subdisciplines of management. Chapter 8 discusses the specialistic (or functional) management domains: inter alia marketing management, financial management, HRM, communication management. In Chapter 9 the general management domains are adressed: strategic and culture management.
