3. Course contents *

In this course you are researching a specific organizational problem in the broad area of "strategy & organization".  You do apply the princpiples being taught in the course "Research Methdology" to formulate research questions, look for academic literature which helps you to build up a conceptual model and you define then a methodology to address your research questions.

Based on your research you should be able to answer your research questions and give recommendations to solve the organizational problem being addressed.
