3. Course contents *

This course functions as a general introduction to the quailty systems, environmental care-systems, safety and health policy and the rational energy policy as they are applied in modern chemical enterprises. The emphasis lies on the acquantaince with several typical terms, international norms and standardised methods and applications. Attention is given to modern quality management, quality control, the quality standards ISO-9001, safety/health policy, the risks of chemical products, transport of chemical products, process technical safety and occupational safety, sustainable entrepreneurship and rational energy consumption. Laws concerning quality, safety/health, environment and energy will also be treated.

The course enables a company visit as well.
