3. Course contents *

The course is updated yearly to the most recent methods, including cloning, use of vectors, PCR methods, strategies for DNA labelling, use of genomic and expression libraries, use of array-technologies, assembly of genetic and physical maps of complex genomes, methods for positional and functional cloning, mutation detection, principles of genetic modified organisms, transgenesis, gene-targetting, gene-silencing, micro-RNAs, etc. A full table of content is provided on BlackBoard.
