Students can explain important frameworks in the field of student guidance (see course contents) and can identify and define different actors and their tasks in student guidance, taking into account the deontological framework in which they have to work.
Students can describe the content of important regulations on student guidance and outline their impact on the practice of student guidance.
Students can formulate answers to challenges in the field of student guidance.
Students can apply the provided frameworks to authentic student cases.
Students acknowledge their role in student guidance and take a stand on the evolution towards more inclusive education in Flanders.
On the basis of demographic data, students can argue why the super-diverse reality (today in the large Flemish cities) will eventually become a reality outside city centres.
Students can explain in their own words, including giving examples, that people interpret reality and that people act, both from their own frame of reference.
Students can recognize the underlying needs of individuals in a given case.
Students can name the pillars of language-oriented vocational education and illustrate them with examples from classroom practice.
Students can distinguish between everyday general language use and cognitive academic language use in classroom practice and can identify teaching strategies that bridge the gap between the two.
Students can recognise and interpret a certain type of educational technology.
Students can determine and interpret the reason why a particular educational technology is necessary or useful for a particular educational context.
