Contents:
The text genre of the religious dialogue (14th-17th centuries)
We will discuss the different types of dialogues, in which the participants have very different roles (instructive/inquisitive, polemic/defensive, consoling/seeking consolation etc). We will read and discuss the contents, objectives and contexts of the dialogues.
