3. Course contents *

Patients' problems become increasingly complex; more different health care providers are related to the same patient and health problem. Different disciplines have diverging opinions and interests, for instance concerning ethical questions. Teamwork has not only become a necessity but also an attractive challenge: how do we realize with and for each other, and especially for the patients whom we are caring for, the added value, both on content and humanity level, which a group can create? In this module, the student learns to collaborate interprofessionally, to work patient-centered and to optimalize the continuity and quality of care.
