The skills lab allows you to practice core skills involved in political decision-making, such as argumentation, debating, negotiation, advocacy and reporting. It provides an opportunity to develop essential skills beyond the “DOs-and-DON’Ts”-lists you can find on the Internet. In this course, we will not only show which approaches are most effective, but also explain why, referring to the four core courses in the program. We will train the skills by means of exercises and short simulations building on real-life situations and feedback from professionals to prepare you for a career in the field of political decision-making.
