- Some familiarity with basic notions from homological algebra and categhory theory is an asset

- The student has the capacity to perform an in depth study of specific domains of homological algebra: • He/she understands the basic notions of homological algebra and is capable of applying them independently in the further study and processing of specific theories • He/she can clearly explain the studied material, both in written and oral form

Some themes from homological algebra are presented to the students in order to perform an in depth bibliographical study. Possible topics from different contexts (topological, algebraic or geometrical) include: triangulated and derivedd categories, different (co)homology theories, Grothendieck categories and topos theory, ...
