3. Course contents *

Physiotherapy in mental health care and society focusses on the role of physiotherapy in children, adolescents and adults with mental disorders and includes tools to cope with the challenges of physiotherapy in a diverse society.
Diagnosis (DSM 5), psychomotor therapy, relaxation therapy, behavioral therapy and the role of physical activity and movement are some of the topics that will be discussed.
Examples of good clinical practice and integrated care in a multidisciplinary setting will be used, to reach physical and psychosocial wellbeing in mental health care and society.
