The students get acquainted with a set of technologies such as interactive learning programs, interactive whiteboards, student response systems, tools for collaborative writing, wikis, spreadsheets, relational databases, electronic learning environments, serious games, mobile systems, simulators and tests. These technologies will be deonstrated, evaluated and presented as part of individual and group assignments.
The students get acquainted with a typology in order to be able to classify technologies according to their potential affordance in the learning and teaching process.
The students get acquainted with a number of models (Educational Engineering, TPack, TAM, SAMR, Vier in Balans ...) in order to determine the added valua, role and shape of required technologies in function of concrete learning situations.
The students as group assignment will have to present a type of educational technology, and as individual assignment the development of a knowledge clip .
