Conference fee overview
The conference fee depends on whether you are a student (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral) or a LLMIC resident and your membership status with the ESHMS Society at the time of the conference. We offer two pricing categories:
Category 1: Your fee includes both the conference registration fee and the ESHMS membership fee (either a new membership or the renewal of an existing membership). It's important to note that ESHMS memberships are valid for two years. Therefore, if you became a member during the last ESHMS conference, you will need to renew your membership for this conference. Individuals who register for the conference, but do not wish to register as an ESHMS member will also pay this registration fee.
Category 2: You have registered as a member of the ESHMS Society within the last 18 months (i.e., from after the last ESHMS conference in Forli in August 2022 until February 2024), which means that you are still an active member when the UAntwerp conference takes place. In this case, your fee is limited to the conference registration fee only.
The ESHMS membership fee is not included in the fee for participants who only sign up for the online streaming of the keynotes. If you are unsure about your current ESHMS membership status, please contact us at eshms@uantwerpen.be for further assistance.

- Category 1 student or LLMIC resident: €300
- Category 2 regular: €350
- Category 2 student or LLMIC resident: €250
- Standard (from May 1, 2024):
- Category 1 regular: €530
- Category 1 student or LLMIC resident: €400
- Category 2 regular: €450
- Category 2 student or LLMIC resident: €350
- Online Keynotes Only: €100
How to register?
You can register by filling out the registration form. Enjoy an early bird fee by registering before May 1. Please note that your registration will be final only after we have received your payment.
To complete your registration, you can make the payment through a bank transfer using the following details:

What is included in the conference fee?
The prices include access to the conference, lunch for three days, coffee- and water breaks, and social events. Category 1 fees also cover the ESHMS membership fee.
