Corinne Herrijgers
holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and has a diverse background combining research, communication, and career development. She spent two years working in Learning & Development before joining the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp, where she worked for five years as a scientific collaborator on research projects related to health communication and behavior change. Currently, Corinne works at the Talent Center within the HR department of the University of Antwerp. In her role, she supports early career researchers in taking ownership of their career paths, both within and beyond academia.
Marjolijn De Clercq
holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Occupational Psychology and has a background in HR talent management. She has worked in recruitment and selection, learning and development, and career development since the start of her career. Since 2012, she has been working at the University of Antwerp and was one of the founders of the Talent Center, which supports early career researchers in taking ownership of their careers and developing transferable skills.
