The various formats are designed to create a lively academic atmosphere, accommodating different presentation preferences and research at various stages. Each format is equally valuable, though they serve different purposes.

General Requirements

When preparing your submission, please keep in mind the following:

  • Anonymity: All submissions must be completely anonymous to ensure a fair review process. Do not include your name or affiliation in the abstract, extended summary, file name, or file content.

  • Presentation limits: You may present a maximum of two proposals. In addition, you may serve once as a symposium chair and once as a discussant, for a total of four active roles. There is no limit on participation as a non-presenting co-author.

  • No double submissions: Submitting the same study in multiple formats (e.g., both paper and poster) will result in automatic removal.

  • Scheduling: The program will avoid timetable conflicts for presenting authors, chairs, and discussants, but not for co-authors.

  • Conference days: Individual scheduling requests cannot be accommodated. Please note that accepted contributions may be scheduled on any conference day.
