Join us for a screening of the award-winning documentary RiverBlue, narrated by Jason Priestley. The film takes viewers on a global journey along some of the world’s most polluted rivers, uncovering the hidden environmental and human costs of the fashion industry. From toxic textile dyeing processes to overconsumption and waste, RiverBlue reveals how the clothes we wear are deeply connected to issues of water pollution, sustainability and social responsibility.
The screening will be followed by an open discussion on sustainable fashion, textiles and the future of the industry.
Open to students, faculty and everyone interested from the public.
