Management structure
To ensure a smooth project execution, a multi-level management structure is implemented and consolidated in the X-CELERATE Consortium Agreement. The Supervisory Board will be the central component of the X-CELERATE management structure, and closely interacts with the Coordinator’s Office and the four supporting committees:
- the DC Committee (DCC),
- the Research Coordination Committee (RCC)
- the Training Committee (TC)
- the Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Committee (DECC)
This structure will guarantee timely completion of deliverables: each deliverable is assigned to a specific lead beneficiary, but the processes are steered by the CO and supported by the respective committees. The addition of an external Scientific Advisory Board safeguards the high scientific quality of the project and guarantees alignment with stakeholder expectations for future use of the developed methodology.
