Renishaw InVia Qontor Raman microscope

The Renishaw inVia Raman Microscope can efficiently provide Raman spectra for chemical composition and structure analysis, with a spatial resolution < 1 micrometer and a spectral resolution < 1cm-1. In addition to the characteristics shown below the system is equipped with a 1064 nm laser trap in order to analyse e.g. unicellular organisms and can detect photo-luminescence for all excitation wavelengths.

Excitation lasers:

  • 405 nm: Raman shift range: 100 cm-1 - 4000 cm-1
  • 532 nm: Raman shift range: 50 cm-1 - 4000 cm-1
  • 785 nm: Raman shift range: 100 cm-1 - 4000 cm-1
  • 1064 nm: Raman shift range: 60 cm-1 - 4000 cm-1
