About Dorien
Dr. Dorien Verdoodt is a postdoctoral researcher at Resonant Labs, within the Department of Translational Neurosciences at the University of Antwerp. She earned her PhD in Medical Sciences in 2018. Her research centers on cochlin, a key protein in the inner ear, and the development of innovative therapies targeting DFNA9, a genetic disorder that leads to progressive hearing and balance loss.
