Online surveys cannot be set up within content management system of our website; we use the online survey tool Qualtrics for this purpose.
Please note: only use Qualtrics forms for research and academic purposes. Staff members are expected to use other types of forms for organising events, for administrative streamlining, etc.
Qualtrics licence
For staff and students, the University of Antwerp has a Qualtrics campus licence. This allows you to create surveys in a user-friendly and fast way. Besides its own reporting module, there are also export options to SPSS, among others.
To get access, register with your UAntwerpen e-mail address (@uantwerpen.be for staff and @student.uantwerpen.be for students) at our Qualtrics page.
