UAntwerp's D&I policy also focuses on its own staff. We provide training and support for our staff to asist them in dealing constructively with the increasing diversity of both students and employees. At the same time, we take measures to develop a workplace, a work culture, where everyone can be themselves. We do this through preventive measures, informal internal networks, targeted support for specific target groups as well as procedures to report and tackle inappropriate behavior.
