The future of work will not be defined by technology alone, but by people's ability to learn, communicate, and adapt. Guided by this perspective, I study how professionals develop and apply communication skills in workplaces increasingly supported by digital technologies and generative AI. My research focuses on written communication, feedback processes, workplace learning, and lifelong learning. As co-founder of Inputlog, I build on insights from writing process research to better understand professional communication in AI-enabled work environments.
