Chiara Russo is a PhD researcher at UAntwerpen. Her doctoral research focuses on the role of knowledge within crisis governance, touching upon subjects such as knowledge interfaces, use of expertise, inclusion of citizens' knowledge, and epistemic injustice. She is also interested in EU regulatory governance, EU agencies, and mechanisms of accountability. Chiara holds a MSc in European Studies from Maastricht University (NL). Before joining UAntwerpen, she has been a Teaching Fellow at Maastricht University and has received the Education Award for the academic year 2021/22.
