About Anna-Lena Müller

Anna-Lena Müller is a PhD researcher at the University of Antwerp, where she contributes to the Horizon Europe–funded project JUST FASHION. She holds a bachelor's degree in Fashion and Textile Engineering (HS Albstadt-Sigmaringen) and a master's degree in international Fashion Management (AMS). Before embarking on her doctoral research in December 2024, she gained experience in the Belgian sustainable fashion sector. Her research explores the role of born-sustainable firms in the European fashion industry and their potential to drive the sector’s broader sustainable transition
