Having supervised numerous PhD researchers and coordinated national and European research initiatives, I believe that the best innovations emerge at the intersection of disciplines and through strong partnerships between academia, industry, and society. Beyond research, I am passionate about organizational strategy, leadership development, and translating scientific discoveries into real-world solutions.
