About Linda Khumalo

Dr Linda Khumalo is an FWO postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Development Policy (IOB), working on the decolonial turn in development Monitoring with a particular focus on the role of Indigenous Knowledges in addressing epistemic asymmetries towards a transformative development evaluation agenda. Linda completed her PhD in Development Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, where she examined the relationship between participatory development communication and transformative power, and how this relationship affects social change in local communities.
