USOS offers exchange programmes between students of UAntwerp and one of USOS' partner universities. Students stay with host families and take part in a programme with socio-cultural activities.
Since its inception in 1985, USOS has organised a total of 80 immersion stays in the global south.
For academic year 2025-26, students can apply for the India thesis internship and for the exchange with Morocco. For the Morocco programme, Dutch language proficiency is required.
