After three days of presentations, discussions, new connections, and exchanges, the 30th Annual Science & Technology Indicators Conference has come to a close.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us in Antwerp and contributed to this year's conference around the theme “Indicators for a Responsible Research Future”.

We are grateful to all presenters, poster authors, special session organizers, session chairs, discussants, and participants for sharing their research, perspectives, and ideas. We also thank our keynote speakers, Scientific Committee, sponsors, and everyone who contributed to the organization of the conference.

Most importantly, thank you to the wider STI community for making STI-ENID 2026 a space for scientific exchange, critical discussion, and new connections. We hope you enjoyed your time in Antwerp and returned home with new ideas, conversations to continue, and connections to build on.

We look forward to seeing where these conversations take us next - and to meeting again at next year’s STI Conference in Rome.

STI-ENID on Zenodo

The research and discussions shared in Antwerp remain available beyond the conference through the STI-ENID 2026 community on Zenodo.

The STI-ENID 2026 Conference Proceedings bring together the final versions of the accepted conference papers and posters. Each contribution is published as an individual open-access record with its own DOI, making the work presented at STI-ENID 2026 openly available, discoverable, and citable.

In the spirit of transparency around the conference process itself, we have also published a factual report on the STI-ENID 2026 peer review process. The report provides a quantitative analysis of reviewer workload, scoring behavior, and decision outcomes and offers insight into how the peer review process behind the conference program was organized and unfolded in practice.
