Registration fees
The following registration fees apply:
- REGULAR: € 200 *
- STUDENT: € 80
- RETIRED: € 175 *
The registration fee includes participation in all scientific sessions of the ORBEL38 conference, all lunches and coffee breaks and 2024 SOGESCI-B.V.W.B. membership (free for students).
(* also including an electronic yearly subscription to the 4OR journal.)
Additional fees
- Conference dinner (Thursday 8 February 2024): € 75 *
- Late registration fee (for any registration received after 26 January 2024): € 30
- Electronic yearly subscription to the 4OR journal for students: € 15
(* for cancellations after 5 February 2024, the fee for the conference dinner cannot be refunded.)
