Companies who are interested may become sponsors of the Conference for Industrial Computed Tomography. The following Sponsor-Packages are available:

• ​Possibility to sponsor activities during or besides the conference
  
• Talk - on the industry day (~15 min)
  
• Ad - 2 advertising pages in the digital abstract booklet
  
• Logo - logo display on website and guide/program folder at the conference
  
• Tickets - 2 free tickets to the conference

​Package - GOLD:

• ​Exhibition space* - prime location
  
• Talk - on the industry day (~15 min)
  
• Ad - 2 advertising pages in the digital abstract booklet
  
• Logo - logo display on website and guide/program folder at the conference
  
• Tickets - 2 free tickets to the conference
  
• Price: € 2.800,- excl. VAT
  

​Package - SILVER:

• ​Exhibition space*
  
• Talk - on the industry day (~10 min)
  
• Ad - 1 advertising page in the digital abstract booklet
  
• Logo - logo display on website and guide/program folder at the conference
  
• Tickets - 2 free tickets to the conference
  
• Price:  € 2.200,- excl. VAT

General arrangements:

• Exhibition booths will be allocated chronologically according to the time of order
• * Sponsoring packages are limited according the exhibition space available.
• ** Delivery deadlines for respective artwork and information must be met by the sponsor, otherwise we cannot guarantee package delivery.​

• Possible till 21^st December 2024, the sooner the better (first come, first serve). After this date no guarantee for the delivery of the full sponsorpackage can be given. 
• Please also take into consideration when ordering after the 22^nd September or 10^th November that no logo & talk placement can be made in the printed invitation as an extra and no advertisement page can be guaranteed.
