In Restaurant Jerom, we place craftsmanship and product at the forefront. We personally tend to our vegetable garden, allowing us to increasingly follow the rhythm of the seasons. While the garden itself isn't located in Antwerp but rather in Kleit, the hometown of chef Filip De Pauw, it remains an integral part of our culinary philosophy. Additionally, we continuously seek out local farmers who share the same passion and craftsmanship for their products, with an emphasis on quality and flavor.

I enjoy combining these local ingredients with flavors borrowed from cuisines around the world. My dishes are often adorned with delicate and elegant touches, with accents provided by fresh herb flowers.

In the dining area, my wife Roxanne Vaessen welcomes you to a spacious, industrial yet warm setting where the focus is on our uniqueness and personality. Together with our team, we dedicate ourselves every day to delight and surprise our guests with passion and enthusiasm.
