- February 2026| Kick off week: all partners meet one week in Mzumbe University to finalise plans and start
- Start animation process with 5 villages to identify needs and priorities of community
- Selection community monitor (3 per village) + selection of human sensors ( 12 per village)
- April - May 2026 |Co-created course on community based monitoring and citizen science in Tanzania with focus on water and climate monitoring
- Installing of weather stations in five villages
- April 2026 | Baseline survey and first round of data collection of story telling by human sensors and monitors
- May 2026 | From Lab to Life seminar @ Mzumbe University where the results of the project were shared with the university academic staff as well as duty bearers, including a photo exhibition presenting the photos collected through the photo voice process
