Writing group - Tuesday 10 June 2025 at 10am-12pm, and Wednesday 11 June 2025 at 1pm-4pm @ S.D.219

We will be hosting our first writing group sessions! The plan is to host these sessions bi-weekly from now on. Writing groups are an evidence-based activity for writers/researchers to foster mutual support. Such organized support can help increase both quantity and quality of written/research output, help combat procrastination and strengthen confidence, and make research/writing a more enjoyable, less lonely experience. Join us on Tuesday and/or Wednesday to work on our research projects together. No need to be writing, you can work on any tasks that need doing that day!

Linguini Picknick - Wednesday 11 June 2025 at 5pm @ Ossenmarkt

To conclude the academic year with a bang, Linguini is organizing our very first summer send-off! We’re gathering for a picknick at the Ossenmarkt on Wednesday June 11th at 5pm. More precisely, the plan is to pass by Jumbo City Operaplein for our food and drinks, after which we’ll find a nice spot to settle @ Stadspark. Don’t forget to bring cutlery and a (reusable) cup for drinks! Feel free to also bring some fun games and/or a picknick blanket. If you would be arriving late, shoot one of us a message or text the Whatsapp Group Chat to find out where you can find us in the park.

During our third after-work drink, the BAP and AAP once again made the terrace of Kassa 4 unsafe! We had a great time.

Because our first after-work drink was such a success, we organized another one. Thanks for joining and see you next time.

First after-work drink - Wednesday 23 April 2025, 5:30pm

We had our very first Linguini after-work drink with some good beers and bitterballen. It was a great success, thank you to everyone who could join us, and stay tuned for more after-work drinks!

Board game night - Friday 21 March 2025, 5pm

We closed off our week with some board games such as Jungle Speed, Exploding Kittens and Dixit, with some drinks and some very good ramen.

Linguini Launch - Tuesday 21 January 2025, 5pm

We officially launched our Linguistics Initiative (Linguini) on Tuesday 21 January with some snacks, some drinks and, true to our name, some linguine!
