The RECHARGE project aims to conduct research and produce a range of scientific papers, including but not limited to the following topics:
- Model applying the water-battery concept to the water-basins;
- Characterization of the water-basins over time, including future forecast;
- Macroinvertebrates biodiversity and implications to WFD;
- Nutrient and carbon cycling within the water-basins;
- Macrophytes diversity across the WFD and implications for WFD;
- Isotopic composition of water and implications for ES;
- Spatiotemporal effects of NBS across Europe on biodiversity and ecosystem functioning;
- Multi-indicator analysis within the SETS framework,
- Catchment scale temporal reconstruction of water quantity and quality (surface and groundwater), biodiversity and geospatial descriptors (land use, temperature, precipitation) ;
- Collaborative process and interaction of stakeholder processes, NBS implementation and indicator data governance.
Newly published articles will be announced in both this and the 'Events' sections of our website.
