The RECHARGE project aims to conduct research and produce a range of scientific papers, including but not limited to the following topics:

  1. Model applying the water-battery concept to the water-basins;
  2. Characterization of the water-basins over time, including future forecast;
  3. Macroinvertebrates biodiversity and implications to WFD;
  4. Nutrient and carbon cycling within the water-basins;
  5. Macrophytes diversity across the WFD and implications for WFD;
  6. Isotopic composition of water and implications for ES;
  7. Spatiotemporal effects of NBS across Europe on biodiversity and ecosystem functioning;
  8. Multi-indicator analysis within the SETS framework,
  9. Catchment scale temporal reconstruction of water quantity and quality (surface and groundwater), biodiversity and geospatial descriptors (land use, temperature, precipitation) ;
  10. Collaborative process and interaction of stakeholder processes, NBS implementation and indicator data governance.

Newly published articles will be announced in both this and the 'Events' sections of our website.
