Research focus

The lab of Medical Biochemistry studies peptidases for the development of new drugs. Main points of interest are the carboxypeptidases, prolyl carboxypeptidase (PRCP), carboxypeptidase U (CPU) and carboxypeptidase M (CPM); the prolyl oligopeptidase (PREP); and the prolyl-specific dipeptidyl peptidases (DPPs), DPP4, DPP8 and DPP9.
