Expertise

My research expertise focuses on exploring the potential of beneficial bacteria and probiotics for respiratory health. This includes the isolation and screening of candidate strains derived from the respiratory niche, microbiome analysis of airway samples, and host–microbe interaction assays to assess functional effects. In addition, I have extensive experience in designing and coordinating human clinical studies related to the respiratory microbiome, including sample collection, data integration, and ethical oversight. My work aims to identify microbial strategies that support airway health and to translate these findings into innovative therapeutic approaches for respiratory diseases.
