Tuition fee

The tuition fee for the programme Leading Change by Design is 6.900 euro (including all teaching materials). Until the fee has been received in full, admission to the programme is not complete and the student card will not be issued.

Important information regarding cancellation

Cancellation by the organisation 

Should the postgraduate be cancelled by the organiser for organisational reasons or as a result of force majeure, the organiser will refund the registration fee. Claims for further liabilities or damages are excluded.

Cancellation by the participant

If a participant decides to cancel their enrolment in the postgraduate, they must notify the organiser in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation more than six weeks before the programme’s start date: 20% of the full tuition fee* will be retained as a cancellation cost.
• Cancellation between two and six weeks before the programme’s start date: 50% of the full tuition fee* will be retained as a cancellation cost.
• Cancellation less than two weeks before the programme’s start date: No refund will be issued.

Visa‑related documentation

Applicants who require a student visa must enrol for 100% of the programme, which corresponds to 30 ECTS credits. Since our programme consists of 30 ECTS in total, students who register for the full programme meet the requirements for a student visa application as confirmed by the Immigration Office.
For applicants who require official documentation from the organiser to support a visa application, a payment of €2,000 is required before such documentation can be issued. This amount forms part of the full tuition fee. Please note that the €2,000 advance payment will be refunded in the event that your student visa is officially refused. In that case, we will require formal proof of the visa rejection in order to proceed with the reimbursement.

The organiser will not be liable for any further claims, damages, or losses resulting from the participant's cancellation. We strongly encourage securing travel insurance to protect against potential losses resulting from cancellation.
All refunds are processed in euros. The organisation cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
