The Interuniversity certificate/postgraduat studies in algology constitutes a 2-year full-time training programme and is organised every 2 years.

Candidates should send their cv to algology@kuleuven.be. The Steering Committee will then screen your academic history and motivation. When you are accepted to start the postgraduate you will be given more information on how and where you can enrol.

Tuition fee

Next edition: 2026-2028.

Registration fee for 2 years: 4500 euro:

  • Advanced Studies in Algology part 1: 2250 euro.
  • Advanced Studies in Algology part 2: 2250 euro.
