The Summer University had a great impact on my current research and artistic practice. The setup of bringing researchers, post-docs, artists, and professors together was extremely refreshing.

As a PhD researcher in the field of philosophical aesthetics, the Arts and Media Archaeology Summer School was completely worth attending. During the program, I gained inspiration from many people with a more practice-based mindset, including both artists and fellow academics. The organizing team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and every activity was carefully planned (and it showed!).

The course Arts and Media Archaeology exposed me to both the literature and the people from all over the world in this field of study. From artists to PhD students, writers, historians, and even magicians, I stepped into a magical week full of introductory lessons, in-depth topics, and performances. The close-knit community of media archaeologists was a welcoming group that will surely inspire you to see the world differently.
