My research focuses on the interactions between urban form, green infrastructure, and urban environmental quality. I investigate how buildings, vegetation, street configuration, and other urban elements influence environmental conditions in cities, with particular attention to air quality and urban microclimate. My research connects environmental analysis with urban planning and design, providing evidence to assess spatial configurations, green infrastructure interventions, and alternative development scenarios. The goal is to support cities, planners, and designers in making informed decisions for healthier, more sustainable, and climate-resilient urban environments.
