My research focuses on real-time and large-scale microclimate networks. The goal is to develop a toolbox for the implementation of such networks, processing, analyzing, and summarizing results for end users, and applying these methods to understand the vulnerability of (urban) ecosystems and formulate adaptation measures. Using the measurements from 'CurieuzeNeuzen in de Tuin', we can improve our understanding of how to approach climate change in and around the city.
