Practical information

When?   

The conference will start on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 16:00 and will run until Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 17:00.

Venue

• Stadscampus University of Antwerp
• Address: Prinsstraat 13, Antwerp
• Building: Hof van Liere Conference Center (2nd floor - an elevator is available). Follow directions Tassiszaal or ERW25 on the digital and paper displays.
  
• Access the conference rooms:

  • Enter the City Campus via the entrance at Prinsstraat 13

  • Cross the small courtyard

  • Go through the door on your left (before entering the large courtyard)

  • Take the stairs to the second floor

Good to know

• Please dress according to the weather forecast. The conference center is located on the top floor of an old, listed building. There is no air conditioning available to cool the rooms.
• Bring your drinking bottle. A water dispenser will be available throughout the conference.

Accommodation

1. Go to the online booking tool
2. First enter your code UAACB19 (in capital letters) and click on ‘Search’
3. Then enter the arrival and departure dates and click on ‘Search’
4. You’ll see an overview of all available hotels and their Best Available Rate -10%,  at that moment, including any cancellation conditions
5. Choose a hotel and book your room
