What can you expect?

• ​A Warm Welcome to Antwerp from the International Relations Office

• Info sessions
  Short information sessions on various useful topics such as culture, sports opportunities during your stay, University services, safety in Antwerp, important points about your student accommodation. STAN will also welcome and inform you about student life in the city and much more.

• Picking up your student card
  Remember: you will only be able to receive a card if you have uploaded a correct passport picture. You can check in Sisa if this applies to you. If not, it's best to rectify it as soon as possible! This card is essential for access to specific buildings, rooms, a bike storage, etc., but also for taking exams.

• Confirmation of arrival
  We will automatically send you an arrival certificate based on your attendance at the orientation day. If your home institution requires their own template, bring it to the orientation day, and we'll complete it for you.

• A tasty snack offered by STAN to get to know GATE15, their location near campus

• Meet the ESN Antwerp team and become a member

During the academic information session, you will be welcomed by the international coordinator of your faculty. All your questions about your study program, learning agreement subjects, class schedules, exam periods, etc., will be clarified here. It is essential that you attend this session!
