COVID Safe Event

Prior registration for the event is necessary – on-site registration is not possible.

A Covid-certificate is mandatory for access to the event. Access will be denied to you if you do not have a valid Covid-certificate and your ID card.

The organizers does not offer quick antibody tests to people without a valid COVID-certificate. Make sure to have a valid COVID-certificate before your departure the event.

If you do not yet have a valid COVID-certificate of recovery (11 to 180 days after positive test) or vaccination (fully vaccinated + 2 weeks)? You can provide a test certificate yourself prior to the event, which is still valid during the event (sampling + 48 hours). No quick antibody tests are provided as an alternative to PCR tests at the event.

Keep your COVID-certificate and ID card to hand during the full duration of the event. In this way you can always prove that you satisfy the entry requirements. On the event terrain, after checking of the certificates, there will be no requirement for mouth masks and distance rules will not be enforced.

Adhere at all times to the instructions of the organizers, and the local government, on your way to, around and on the location of the event.

What to bring ?:

Bring your valid COVID certificate AND your ID card (and of course a mouth mask, which is always mandatory to carry in public). You can bring the COVID-certificate either on the CovidSafe app, printed on paper, or downloaded as a PDF. The COVID-certificate is free to obtain for Belgian residents. A test leading to a test-certificate can carry a cost.
