About Anneke Valk

Anneke Valk is a biologist and senior university lecturer at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. She specializes in the influence of hormones on human behavior and wellbeing, particularly in relation to the workplace. With her background in biology and science, combined with experience as a sports coach and in science communication, she explains in an accessible way how body and mind continuously interact.
