Annual Report (AR)
Before you start writing the report, we would like to draw attention at some points:
- The objective of the activity report is to become a true narrative version of the activities of the past year and this supported by the various annexes.
- Very often the financial report (AFR) is much more detailed than the AAR. Conferences attended are not referred to, field visit are not covered, names of scholarship students are not mentioned… At least there needs to be some reference in one of the documents allowing to check the AFR expenses.
- Make use of the appropriate AAR format and its annexes.
