Cancellation
To ensure that training places can be offered to other interested participants, cancellations must be made no later than one week before the start of the course. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to statua@uantwerpen.be.
If you cancel less than one week before the course starts, or if you do not attend without prior notification, the course fee remains payable. For participants using an educational or training credit, the corresponding amount will be deducted from their available credit.
Attendance
Our courses are designed as coherent training programmes in which each session builds upon the previous one. Participants are therefore expected to attend all scheduled course days and to actively participate in the training.
A certificate of attendance will only be issued to participants who have attended the complete course.
Illness or exceptional circumstances
If you are unable to attend due to illness or a family emergency, please notify the course instructor and StatUa as soon as possible.
For absences extending beyond one course day, appropriate supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate or proof of the emergency) may be requested. In such cases, StatUa will review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
Examination fee
Some courses offer participants the opportunity to take an examination. An examination fee of €10 applies.
The same cancellation policy applies to examination registrations. If you wish to withdraw from the examination, you must notify StatUa by email at statua@uantwerpen.be no later than one week before the examination.
If you cancel after this deadline, or if you do not attend the examination despite being registered, the examination fee remains payable. For participants using an educational or training credit, the corresponding amount will be deducted from their available credit.
