Developing a sustainable innovation ranking
Abstract
Sustainable innovation is becoming increasingly important in today's society as companies seek to balance economic growth with environmental and social responsibility. The goal of the project is to develop a new sustainable innovation ranking. The project aims to create an objective measurement tool to rank the most innovative and sustainable companies in Belgium and wants to generate new insights in the fields of sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship. Michiel Thijs is working as a PhD executive student on the topic.
The proposed sustainable innovation ranking system has the potential to drive positive environmental and social impact by encouraging companies to develop and implement more sustainable solutions. By providing a reliable and objective assessment of the sustainability performance of innovative solutions, the ranking system can also facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across different industries and sectors, leading to more effective and efficient solutions for sustainability challenges.
