Accommodation in Antwerp

Ibis Hotel, Antwerp Centre (11 minute walk from the venue)
A number of rooms have been put into option in the Ibis hotel, Antwerp City Centre at a preferential rate of € 81.39 for a single room per night (including buffet breakfast & city tax). To confirm a room the hotel will need your creditcard details to be filled out and mailed to H1453-SB@accor.com with your reservation request (please download a reservation request here): for safety reasons this must include a picture of your ID & the credit card itself.
Payment will be made when you are at the hotel, the creditcard is a guarantee of arrival.
The reservation deadline is 10/01/2020: please confirm your booking before this date.
Cancellation policy:
Free of charge until 7 days before arrival
7 days to 48 hours before arrival: first night of the stay will be charged
48 hours before arrival: the confirmed stay will be charged
Indigo Hotel, Antwerp City Centre (12 minute walk from the venue)
We have asked the Hotel Indigo Antwerp City Centre to put some rooms in option. The rooms (incl. breakfast) cost €119 per night. Please reserve your room directly via Hotel Indigo.
